What I Eat #1 (NO CARBS)
- 5 fried eggs (no seasoning)
- 1lb ground turkey 99% lean (no seasoning)
- 1 pre-made protein shake (30g protein)
- fruits:
- banana
- raspberries
- blueberries
- 1 homemade protein shake:
- 8oz milk
- 4oz raw egg whites
- 20g of protein powder
- 20g of collagen
- 5g of creatine
Been doing this for almost 2 weeks - with 1 cheat day per week :/
